Hours: Saturday: 9am-7pm, Sunday 10am-4pm.

Pay: dependent on experience, will be discussed

Criminal background search is required.

Dispatcher

Position Summary

Responsible for providing customer satisfaction by efficiently taking calls for service and dispatching qualified service requests to the proper drivers through determining factors such as location and account specific requirements. Set appropriate ETAs and prioritize jobs as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide quality service to increase customer satisfaction.
Assign and dispatch calls to appropriate drivers
Take calls from customers, accounts and auto clubs and enter into our dispatch software
Coordination of calls and drivers and locations
Provide ETA's given to ensure customer satisfaction
Communicate with staff, customers, clients from various auto clubs
Handle inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Skills;

Strong customer service and problem solving skills
Strong people skills and ability to work with a team
Strong organizational skills
Computer Knowledge
Experience working in a call centre an asset
Ability to handle multiple tasks while working productively in a fast-paced changing environment
Detail oriented with a dedicated work ethic
Ability to read maps and knowledge of the Cambridge area
Mechanical knowledge is an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
