Job description

Duties:

Plan and schedule crew work rotations and time off.
Arrange and authorize flights for all employees to and from Whitehorse.
In collaboration with Logistics Coordinator implement crew change schedules and arrange/confirm transportation details for crews to and from projects.
Assess, organize, book, and communicate crew travel plans to personnel and field operations management.
Communicate crew changes and provide required information to clients.
Main point of contact for crew accommodation/travel and related questions and requests.
Follow Yukon Labour standards as it relates to work hours, time off and work schedules.
Update crewing board and spreadsheets for payroll.

Requirements include:

1-2 years experience in a demanding crewing/recruiting/scheduling role.
Knowledgeable of Yukon Labour standards.
Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
Able to prioritize tasks, perform detailed execution of tasks and adapt to a changing environment.
Understand business processes and functions.
Willing to work additional hours in busy season and take vacation during off-season (November - March)
