The Position: Roles in our company sometimes shift based on what is needed and what each person’s skill set is. The person we hire will be involved with the following functions: 1. Performing and overseeing certain accounting functions (how we measure performance); 2. Performing and overseeing certain business administrative functions (how we keep things working well in the company); 3. Helping manage existing real estate assets (how we operate); 4. Learning about our business in order to grow with it (how we will succeed in the future).
The Ideal Candidate will have the following traits: 1. Is a good person with a great personality (we want someone that our team members, customers, suppliers all enjoy working with); 2. Wants to be involved in many aspects of the business and is comfortable with new things and making recommendations/decisions; 3. Is flexible and has the capacity to adjust to short-term change, quickly and calmly in order to deal with unexpected problems or tasks effectively (or unexpected twists and turns in a day); 4. Understands business – both operationally and financially (developed through a combination of relevant education and experience); 5. Is looking for an opportunity with an organization that has potential to be a “forever fit”; 6. Has interests and passions outside of work that round out their life.
