Daily Hours Worked: 8:30 AM - 4:45 PM

Annual Base Hours: 2015

Position Overview:

The hairdresser schedules appointments, provides hair care in the shop and on the units, completes the necessary records for billing purposes, purchases appropriate supplies for the ongoing operation of the shop, maintains the overall operation of the shop and communicates assessment of resident needs to the appropriate personnel.

Job Qualifications:

• Hair license required
• Ability to speak Ukrainian or Polish an asset
• Able to show respect and compassion for all residents of the home
• Good mental and physical health, and good attendance to meet the requirements of the position
• Computer skills is required

This position requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search), Child Abuse Registry Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment. The successful candidate will be responsible for any service charges incurred. A security check is considered current if it was obtained no more than six (6) months prior to the start of employment.

Must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated.
