Job description

Norcope is seeking a full-time year-round heavy duty mechanic to join our team. This position would report to the shop manager and work alongside other service team members to maintain over 100 pieces of heavy equipment.

Job Description

• Trouble shoot and repair various makes of Heavy Equipment
• Commercial vehicle inspections
• Routine and preventative maintenance
• Keep a clean and safe work place in the shop and the field.
• Maintain and complete equipment service records.

Qualifications

• Interprovincial Heavy Equipment Technician Certification or 5 years experience as a heavy duty mechanic
• Current PMVI Certification
• Class 5 Drivers License with air endorsement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
• High attention to detail
