Job description
Xpertyse is currentl6 seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join his client team, a well established and fast growing pharmaceutical company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining key accounts within the pharmaceutical sector (pharmacies), ensuring strong and lasting relationships with clients and maximizing revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to grow and retain key accounts in the pharmaceutical industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, including senior executives and decision-makers
- Understand client needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions and recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver high-quality service and products to key accounts
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay informed and identify new opportunities for growth
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set for key account management
- Prepare and present regular reports on key account performance, revenue forecasts, and market trends to senior management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Proven track record of successful key account management in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, products, and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
