The Project Coordinator will be working with team members to create a realistic timeline, following up with team members to ensure everything is running smoothly, and tracking project progress in a variety of ways. Our ideal candidate for this exciting and challenging role will thrive in ever changing environments and take great pride in ensuring projects run smoothly, in a timely manner and are profitable.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring project team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables;
- Ensuring documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project;
- Communicating plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders;
- Solving any issues that may arise during the project;
- Managing and building relationships with multiple teams;
- Assisting the Project Manager with administrative functions and processes;
- Managing day-to-day activities for the Project Management team;
- Analyzing project data and producing progress reports;
- Material ordering and management;
- Any and all other duties as assigned in order to meet Company objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in Project Coordination/Management;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Adaptability to fluctuating timelines and planning requirements;
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent presentation skills;
- Experience with D365 is an asset;
- Ability to think outside of the box and organize priorities;
- High attention to detail and time management.
