HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS ANALYST

PEOPLE & TALENT OPERATIONS

 

NorQuesters are difference makers and we’re searching for someone dedicated to making a difference to join our People & Talent Operations team as a Human Resources Business Analyst (HRBA). The HRBA will develop a strong understanding of college and portfolio strategic plans, commitments and legislative requirements and will develop and implement solutions to achieve those outcomes. The HRBA will make this happen by identifying, developing, and implementing process improvements within the portfolio, increasing availability of data to inform decision-making, and leveraging technology to optimize organizational effectiveness within People & Culture and to those we serve across the college. They will maintain knowledge of emerging trends in data analytics, metrics, technology, and processes and make recommendations to help evolve People & Culture and the portfolio and the college as a whole in these areas. The HRBA will approach their work in ways that reflect NorQuest’s Q’s/ Values of find ways forward, be boldly curious and intentionally courageous, start small and think big, be dependable and lead from where you are.

SALARY: $68,192 - $85,241 reflective upon what you bring AKA your education and experience. This is a full-time permanent position with immediate access to our great pension and benefit programs.
