Job description
Our client, a leader in the Oil and Gas Industry is looking for Turnaround Administrative Professional.
Start date: April 3rd to June 14th, 2024
On site in Red Deer
Pay rate to be determined based on experience.
Hours: Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm in April and May
May 22 to June 8th Monday to Saturday from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm
· Under direction from Lead Office Professional, perform general office administrative support duties for Turnaround team, including:
o Processing contractor indoctrination and badging requests
o Facilitating daily delivery of catered lunches for staff
o Copying, collating, filing
o General data entry, word processing
o Coordinating logistics for temporary office spaces
· Requirements:
o Minimum 3 years’ experience in office administrative roles
o Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
o Good communication skills
o Highly organized
o Previous experience in turnaround environment would be an asset.
