Job description

Adecco is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual French and English Marketing Associate to join our client's team in Toronto, ON. Job Summary:
As a member of the Marketing team, will implement and facilitate marketing content and communications in support of the marketing strategy to increase exposure and engagement. Will be responsible for leveraging various resources in the organization including collaboration with Sales, Servicing, Marketing, Strategy, Remarketing and Operations teams. Additionally, will use new technologies and platforms to increase our brand equity by creating engaging dealer & customer communications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Draft, organize, edit, and issue external and internal company communications using various communication mediums (email, text, direct mail, portals), content management systems and marketing automation software (Marketing Cloud)
- Maintain contact lists, measure/report on effectiveness of external and internal communications
- Function as main point of contact for all dealer and customer communications within the organization
- Work with external vendors to facilitate communication initiatives (translation services, direct mail vendors, promotional item vendors, etc.)
- Maintain a corporate communication calendar to anticipate communication initiatives, while guiding the subject matter experts towards submitting relevant communication topics in a timely and detailed manner.
- With management direction and oversight, assist in development of communications plans applying ability to identify communication needs and gaps and provide recommendations and solutions.
- Support with implementing changes to HCCA’s portals (customer & dealer), and work with OEMs & internal stakeholders to refine, edit, and improve digital content.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of information across various platforms that communicate to customers and dealers.
- Design, implement, and improve reporting for dealer communications, customer journeys, surveys, and other marketing related communication touchpoints.
- Run A/B tests on communications and identify & implement methods to improve take rates/click-through rates on all communications
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years branding, customer communication, and/or marketing experience, or related field
• Business/Professional level proficiency in French preferred
• Previous marketing translation experience an asset
• Excellent language skills in French & English, both verbal and written preferred
• Strong knowledge of content management systems (CMS) & marketing automation systems (Marketing Cloud)
• Strong interpersonal relationship and project management skills
• Advanced writing skills, including editing and proofreading. As writing is a critical element of this role, short-listed candidates will be asked to submit a sample of their writing.
• Sound understanding of marketing and branding principles
• Creative, detail oriented and organized.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related area of study or equivalent combination of education and experience.
