Job description
Adecco is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager for a Temporary 6-month role located in Calgary, AB. As an integral member of our Service Delivery Team, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong partnerships with our clients within the financial services industry. The successful candidate will ensure the highest level of customer service by coordinating efforts with internal departments and acting as a liaison between clients and various support areas for our client.
- Pay rate: $30/hour.
- Location: Calgary, AB
- Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm or 9:30am-6:00pm
- Job type: Temporary to permanent possible | Full-time

Responsibilities : As an Account Manager, your responsibilities will include: - Possessing knowledge of NBIN's structure, procedures, and systems.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships by coordinating with internal departments.
- Ensuring high levels of customer service by keeping clients informed of developments and available services.
- Promptly resolving client issues and recommending improvements in policies and procedures.
- Acting as a liaison with operational areas within NBIN for proactive and timely task completion.
- Conducting regular client meetings, documenting service and operational issues, and providing guidance on policies and procedures.
- Offering process improvement recommendations to enhance business relationships.
- Representing NBIN professionally at client meetings and business functions.
Requirements: - University degree with a minimum of two years in a brokerage/service role.
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) required; Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) is a definite asset.
- Knowledge of regulatory and legal aspects of the industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Highly motivated with a can-do attitude, capable of working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
