Job description

We are hiring for a permanent Construction Territory Sales Manager for our client in Moncton NB. This position will report into the President and the person chosen will be responsible for Nova Scotia and New Brunswick.

The Sales Manager is responsible for promoting the sale of our products and services. The chosen candidates' role will be to manage the accounts of the territory to develop a new clientele. This position requires regular travel across both provinces.

Responsibilities
· Ensures adequate representation and solicitation with current and potential customers in order to be the customer's first line & point of contact.
· Maintaining good business relationships.
· Seeking new customers and achieving sales targets.
· Targets customers in accordance with company objectives.
· Settles conflicts of any kind with customers.
· Negotiates agreements with major customers.
· Controls and monitors approved budgets.

· Provide weekly and quarterly reports of its activities within the prescribed deadlines.
· Participates in the preparation of the budget.
· Appropriately uses sales tools such as the CRM

Qualifications
What we are looking for:
Sharp skills in prospecting and conclusion of an agreement;
Maintenance of good interpersonal relationships;
Recognized for its customer orientation;
Available to travel regularly in territory;
5 years of experience as a sales representative;
Experience in a construction environment;
Experience with renovation centers and big box stores an asset;
Have a car and a valid driver's license.
