Job description
We are seeking a Community Manager with deep experience in managing discord and telegram groups for blockchain, web3, and cryptocurrency projects. This role will be a core part of our dynamic marketing team, and sits in the Community team reporting to the Head of Community. The ideal candidate is a crypto native - a true "degen" - who lives and breathes this industry, with a proven track record of success in community management roles.

Who we’ve worked with:
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing client’s Telegram/ Discord Channels (including announcements)
- Manager and clearing spam, being responsive and helping other community members with their questions.
- Manage members’ experience and day-to-day communication.
- Reporting back to the client and marketing teams main sentiments in the community.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in DeFi, blockchain, and cryptocurrency
- Experience in Community Management, Telegram, Twitter, Discord
- Strong time management and readily available
- Resourceful and proactive
- You are fascinated by blockchain technology and decentralized finance
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and industry
- Command of spoken/written English is essential; other languages are an advantage
- Love of memes
- High energy
