We are currently hiring general machinists for our Paris and Brantford locations.

Shift: Days and Afternoons - biweekly rotation
Pay rate: $30-36 depending on experience

Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this Machinist position:
- Programming, Set up and operate manual equipment
- Machine product to specified requirements as defined within production shop orders, drawings and sketches
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Operate overhead cranes and forklifts for material handling of large product

Qualifications

- Prior Machinist experience required - a machinist ticket would be an asset
- machinist ticket - 429a an asset, equivalent experience will be accepted.
- Familiarity with material handling equipment (overhead cranes and forklifts) and the safe handling of large objects
- Demonstrated communication, problem solving, interpersonal and analytical skill
