The Faculty's Information Technology office provides the technological vision and leadership for the development and implementation of information systems, processes, and associated technology to support Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering academic mission and administrative operations. The Faculty IT office works closely with academic departments across the Faculty to provide timely, quality service and technological solutions.

Your opportunity:

As a highly motivated member of the Faculty IT team, you will play an essential part of the technical design and implementation of Faculty-wide custom applications and workflow capabilities, providing enablement and automation of business processes based on assessment of stakeholder needs.

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic, collaborative, and innovative team focused on delivering high impact, transformational technology solutions. As a member of the cross-functional team the incumbent will work with other developers, analysts and stakeholders on existing and new products using established methodologies, including Agile development processes. The incumbent will participate in all stages of the product life cycle including planning, design, development, testing, implementation, and support. The incumbent will bring significant full-stack design and implementation experience in PHP, Angular, and C##, and will have experience deploying cloud-native (Azure) and hybrid applications. The incumbent will also have a strong understanding of user experience, responsive design, and developing APIs.
