About the job
As Client Engagement Manager-GIS, you will be responsible growing our GIS services portfolio with existing clients by driving organic account growth as well as drive new business growth through greater advocacy and reference ability. The candidate should have experience and success in farming. One of the key responsibilities will be to identify solutions to address new trends in GIS and cloud technologies and work with delivery COEs to prepare an integrated solution required to address customers’ digital transformation requirements. Key expectations include contributing to different phases of the client engagement and consulting-based sales lifecycle, define solutions jointly with client stakeholders and work with the offshore solution design and delivery teams for best solution for the customers.
Responsibilities
- Increase GIS and cloud business with existing clients by driving organic account growth.
- Identify opportunities at client’s GIS operations and selling solutions proactively to client teams and create new service offerings and partnerships along with the Solution Design team
- Understanding of ArcGIS solutions and Technology Stack
- Drive new business growth through greater advocacy and reference ability
- Be CyberTech’s main contact for the Client post contract award
- Works with Esri reps to maintain harmony and alignment in account
- Single point for major engagement decisions, escalations, accountability & responsibility
- Effective communication of Company’s stand and position
- Capture business opportunities with existing customers
- Manage Client objectives & expectations and Client satisfaction
- Conduct management business reviews and align to client’s business objectives
- Nurture & Develop Clients
- Work as the partner for Delivery leaders.
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of Esri suite of products, offerings and industry solutions.
