Commercial Customer Service Representative
Our client is a general insurance brokerage that focuses on creative, solution-oriented commercial and personal property and casualty insurance products.  They have significant experience in providing innovative, comprehensive and custom insurance solutions to our clients.  The are looking for progressive individuals to complement their team.

Job Description
This salaried position is ideal for someone who enjoys servicing Commercial Lines clients.  The individual will work with commercial producers on program and individual insurance accounts. You would work with their producers, insurance partners and your assigned portfolio of clients in handling renewals and endorsements, claims reporting, preparation of submissions,  applications and proposals. Suitable candidates should have a solid base of insurance technical and administrative knowledge together with skills of organization and document management.

Qualifications

- Commercial Lines experience
- RIBO License mandatory
- Farm Knowledge an asset
- Personal Lines experience an asset

Skills

- A team player with a strong work ethic
- Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills
- A commitment to delivering professionalism to our clients and corporate partners
- Computer proficiency in MS Office products such as Word and Excel required and experience  with TAM would be an asset
