- Excellent bilingual communication skills as we deal with the province of Ontario
- Recruiting experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Proficient computer skills
- Maturity coupled with good judgment and common sense
- Confidence and competence
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and references
- Manage incoming client calls and assign suitable care professionals based on specific needs
- Proactively seek new business through online searches
- Ensure immediate fulfillment of all shifts
- Update files of existing employees (e.g., availability, new experiences, etc.)
- Find new companies to work with in the private sector by doing outreach and online research
