Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of brand management experience, along with 5 years of B2B sales/business development experience. You will be an essential part of our business, as such you must foster and support a team culture of 2-way communication to maximize results for our business and deliver on our commitment to exceptional customer service. You possess a growth mindset paired with an eagerness to win. You’ll have exceptional analytical skills, both for analyzing data and for generating relevant reporting that leads to optimal decisions and sales results. Someone who takes pride in their work always, and who can be trusted to represent our business with external partners as if it were their own will be essential to your success in this role.

• Hit sales growth targets
• Business Development
• Stay current on market trends and activity
• Actively engage with customers and potential customers in person and across different platforms
• Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative within the company and externally
• Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns
• Strong customer focus built on trust, respect, and value
• Align the team around the brand’s direction, choices, and tactics
• Drive internal and external brand awareness and growth
• Continuous learner to maintain an expert level of product knowledge and new product recommendations
• Identify new business opportunities
• Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
• Ability to understand consumer needs and behaviours

• 3 - 5 years of brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management experience
• University or College graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally
• Experience managing a brand across multiple markets
• Proven successful Business Development/ Sales experience is required
• HVAC experience, product knowledge, or HVAC sales would be considered an asset
• Some travel will be required – up to 50%
