Join our client in Brampton, ON as an Inside Sales Representative. With a positive attitude and drive to succeed, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring optimal client satisfaction.
Position: Inside Sales Representative
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Salary:$50,000 to $60,000, based on experience
Location: Brampton, ON

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service, fostering a positive experience for both prospective and existing customers.
Enter all orders promptly and communicate information to the relevant personnel.
Maintain an accurate customer database, updating information as needed.
Support ongoing sales activities such as quotations and follow-ups.
Assist customers with product information and inquiries.
Nurture and close new opportunities, resulting in incremental orders.
Work with the branch to provide competitive pricing, meeting customer timelines.
Process customer orders in the sales database for quote processing and delivery scheduling.
Provide sales support to Territory Sales Managers.
Increase the customer account base by compiling leads and making cold calls.
Furnish management with sales, marketing, new product, and market strategy information through reports.
Handle day-to-day interactions and sales functions between customers, Territory Managers, and product supply functions.
Offer client service via phone, in-person, and electronic communication channels.
Support Territory Managers by fulfilling quotations, orders, and correspondence.
Develop industry and product knowledge to enhance client service.
Contribute to branch sales growth and customer base expansion.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, including telephone sales.
Exceptional knowledge of company products and services.
Persuasive, tenacious, and strong selling abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Energetic, enthusiastic attitude.
Driven to achieve sales goals and acquire new skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Current residency in the area.
