The Team Leader is a vital part of growing the company. This person is a top producer and has a track record of leadership. What we offer
- 60K – 65K a year with bonuses
- Monday – Friday (occasional weekends and evenings)
- 9 am to 5 pm
- Fully in office
- Immediate Start
What you do
- Making calls and setting appointments
- Recruit sales associates weekly – interview, select and hire
- Oversee training for existing sales team
- Lead sales and business meetings
- Manage staff to acceptable professionalism and job performance
- Share Market Center value with all Market Center management and colleagues
- Research the competition and create business prospecting and marketing tactics to ensure the business is effectively competing
- Facilitate regular sales meetings
- Communicate with staff, sales associates, buyers, sellers, and vendors
- Other duties as required
Who you are
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1 – 3 years experience in a sales role or similar working environment (required)
- Bilingualism in French and English is a huge asset
- Real estate knowledge and experience is a huge asset
- Excellent communication skills – not afraid to pick up the phone and make calls
- Motivated, persistent, and organized
- Leadership, management, and team-building skills
- Career development and training skills
- You have a successful sales track record
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Computer and MLS experience
