Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior HR Recruitment Assistant. The Recruitment Assistant will be responsible for conducting recruitment interviews, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, assisting with new hire paperwork, onboarding processes, and supporting the HR Manager in various other tasks.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for emailing and phoning candidates.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with candidates and team members
• Customer service skills for responding to inquiries from candidates and employees
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing schedules, applicant tracking and the onboarding process
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel

Experience in recruitment or HR administration are desirable, but not required. Freshslice is looking for a motivated individual who is willing to learn and grow their career with the company.
