About the Company
Our client processes, sells and distributes abrasives and other industrial minerals to the foundry, steel and marine/bridge cleaning industries. They are looking for a SFA, Business Planning & Treasury who will be responsible for delivering key financial information and critical business insights to senior management and other key stakeholders.

About the Opportunity
Business Planning:
Develop relationships with various stakeholders and partner with them to prepare budgets, forecasts and manage and track their performance against set goals
Assist with managing the overall business planning cycle, with a mindset towards continuous improvement
Coordinate the consolidation of budget and forecast information and prepare analysis and reporting to senior leadership team
Treasury Reporting:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly treasury reports, including global cash flow forecast and KPI dashboards (liquidity ratios, working capital metrics, etc.)
Perform on-going monitoring of global cash availability and liquidity across all business operations
Assist with quarterly reporting to lenders, rating agencies and monitoring of compliance with debt covenants and other credit requirements
Aggregate global information on CAPEX project, prepare monthly reporting and analysis that tracks actual vs planned spend, and maintain a rolling forecast for CAPEX
Other:
Other duties as assigned, including but not limited to the following:
Business acquisition and integration support
Post-completion review and analysis of major CAPEX projects
Financing and insurance renewal support
Yearend audit and financial reporting support
About You
CPA
3 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced business environment
Manufacturing company experience would be an asset
Salary Range
$90,000 - $100,000/year
