We are seeking a few energetic and professional part time experience receptionists.to join our amazing team !!
We are a fast paced Optometric Clinic in Downtown Brandon (1116 Rosser Ave), and we are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, works efficiently , strives for a high level of quality care for our patients .
Front Desk duties include :
Greeting patients, answering phones ,scheduling appointments .
Preparing patient charts, pulling insurance, calling insurance companies.
Handling all patients needs with exceptional customer service.
Being able to mufti-task and control patient flow while being a team player.
Additional administrative duties etc.
We are open Monday- Friday 9:30-5:30.
NO WEEKENDS OR EVENINGS
