Responsibilities
• Develop procurement strategies and contribute to the creation and review of solicitation documents, evaluation plans, and presentation materials.
• Chair vendor meetings, respond to inquiries, and facilitate evaluation consensus meetings, ensuring transparency and compliance throughout the process.
• Assist in contract negotiations, review and draft contract documents, and provide administrative support for the procurement lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare briefing notes, conduct proponent debriefings, and support ongoing contract management activities.
• Offer guidance and assistance in post-contract evaluation processes, including contractor evaluation and the preparation of evaluation reports, while managing vendor relationships and conflict resolution processes effectively.

Qualifications
1. Pre-Award and Solicitation
a. identify and develop procurement strategy;
b. research, create, review, comment and provide input into solicitation documents;
c. chair vendor/proponent meetings;
d. respond to vendor/proponent enquiries, in consultation with client staff;
e. create, review and provide input into the evaluation plan and booklets;
f. provide advice during evaluations;
g. evaluate submissions;
h. chair evaluation consensus meetings;
i. review and provide input into scoring overviews and synopsis of evaluation notes;
j. notify proponents of evaluation results/short-listed results;
k. create, review and provide input into the presentation plan and booklet;
l. chair short-listed presentation meeting(s);
m. post and close solicitation.

2. Award
a. assist with preparation of briefing notes and summary of the procurement process;
b. participate / chair proponent debriefings.
3. Contract Drafting
a. assist/lead contract negotiations;
b. review and comment on contract;
c. draft contract documents.

4. Administration and Monitoring
a. provide administrative support for the procurement process;
b. provide advice in support of ongoing contract management.

5. Post Contract Evaluation
a. provide advice/assist with contractor evaluation;
b. provide advice, review, and assist with post-contract evaluation report.

6. Vendor Relationship Management
a. provide support/advice for any vendor conflict resolution and/or vendor complaint processes.

7. Document Management
a. use internal tools and systems to ensure relevant documentation is accessible.
