Role: Human Resources (HR Manager)

Responsibilities:
- HR Leadership: Lead the company's HR & People/Culture initiatives & projects, including hiring/recruitment, employee development, admin & general operations, HR strategy.
- Support the internal stakeholders with their HR related enquiries/concerns.
- Be at the forefront of expertise in Canadian local employment laws & regulations, and apply them to ensure full compliance.
- Continuously seek to improve existing policies, procedures & guidelines to maximize the company's growth, employee retention & satisfaction.
- Spearhead the overall strategy on training, manpower & resource planning, compensation & benefits, performance & career development management.
Qualifications:
- Mandarin communication skills (to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders) are required.
- Human Resources managerial experience in Financial Services, Banking, Fintech, Insurance and related industries is a huge plus.
- Strong stakeholder management. The ability to manage complex People & Culture issues in a fair, compliant and amicable way.
- Ability to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
