Motorcycle Mechanic
Currently, we are searching for a
Motorcycle Mechanicto join our client’s team in Lethbridge, AB. The successful candidate will be focused on performing high-quality repairs and maintenance, ensuring that customers' power sports equipment is in top condition. You will also be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining power sports vehicles to ensure they are in optimal condition for safe operation and performance.
Your success will be defined by your ability to: - Perform diagnostic tests, repairs, and routine maintenance on a variety of power sports equipment, including ATVs, snowmobiles, motorcycles, and other related vehicles.
- Follow detailed service manuals and repair procedures with precision, ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively to identify mechanical issues and implement appropriate solutions.
- Conduct thorough inspections of power sports vehicles to determine maintenance needs or potential future issues.
- Collaborate with the service team to manage workload and ensure timely completion of repair tasks.
- Manage administrative tasks related to service operations, such as completing work orders, documenting repairs, and managing parts inventory as needed.
- Stay informed about industry developments, new models, and technological advancements in power sports equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Provide feedback and technical advice to the service manager or team leader on repair matters and efficiency improvements.
Your strengths include: - Certification or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., automotive mechanic, motorcycle mechanics); equivalent experience considered.
- Proven experience as a mechanic/technician in the power sports industry or related field.
- Strong mechanical and technical skills.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks.
