Who You Are:

You are an experienced Communications Manager with at least 3 years of writing technical documents for an audience that is nontechnical.

Your past work history is predominantly with start-ups and you enjoy the culture and fast pace of this type of environment.


Responsibilities:


Strategic Communication Planning:

Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies aligned with our client's objectives and needs, ensuring clarity and accessibility of technical information for non-technical audiences.


Brand Management:

Cultivate and maintain the client's brand identity across all communication channels, translating technical concepts into easily understandable language for diverse stakeholders.


Content Development:

Create compelling content for various platforms including website, social media, newsletters, press releases, and marketing materials, simplifying technical jargon and complex information to engage target audiences and promote brand awareness.


Internal Communications:

Facilitate internal communication processes to ensure alignment, transparency, and engagement among team members, providing guidance on effectively conveying technical updates and initiatives to non-technical colleagues.


Essentially the Communications Manager will be requested to convey technical information clearly to non-technical audiences, the job description aims to attract candidates proficient in simplifying intricate concepts and adept at bridging communication gaps between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
