Steele Honda is seeking a Service Valet to join our team!

As a Service Valet at Steele Honda, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service by ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for customers dropping off or picking up their vehicles for service. Your responsibilities will include warmly welcoming customers, managing the vehicle check-in and check-out process, coordinating with the service team, and maintaining the overall organization of the service area.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Safely and efficiently assisting service clients when bringing their vehicles in for appointments
• Be a "hands-on" coordinator for the service drive-thru area
• Adhere to proper sanitizing guidelines for client vehicles
• Wash clients' vehicles prior to them picking them up from service
• Enhance the store's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Requirements:

• At least two years' customer service experience
• Able to drive manual shift vehicles
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a team-driven environment.
• Good organization and learning skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driver's abstract
