Purpose of Position:

Provide and coordinate support for the Manager, Crew Training and Records.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Manager, Crew Training and Records, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Line indoc planning and recovery;
• Tracking and reporting of pilot consolidation;
• Planning Sim training and Recurrent training for pilots;
• Booking all travel and hotel reservations for the above;
• Planning line checks, Assessments, ground schools, CRM for Pilots
• Other related duties as assigned.
• Perform duties in accordance with established policies and procedures while giving primary consideration to personal safety, and the safety of co-workers and customers.
• Weekend support and coverage.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working for an airline preferred;
• Post-secondary education preferred;
• Candidate must have working knowledge of PCs.
• Experience using ALTEA, Email, CrewTrac, as well as Microsoft Office would be considered an asset.
• Fluency in both English and French would be a definite asset.
• The successful candidate will have good communication skills, must be flexible with working hours/days and possess the ability to work well under pressure.
