Requirements:

• Completion of a Secondary School is required
• 6 months to 1 year experience will be an asset
• Organized, Flexibility, Reliability
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Knowledge of computer skills
• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.
• ability to work under pressure , detail oriented

Job Duties:

• Ensure all safety procedure, administrative procedures and company regulations are being followed by all employees.
• Implementing new procedures if required.
• Evaluate and record all expenses of company and prepare the budget.
• Ensuring all deadlines are met and product quality standards are met.
• Review the product before delivering to the client.
• Making sure all paperwork, reports and secludes are up to date.
• Record daily progress sheet and report to the higher manager.
• Co-ordinate and plan for office services, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
• Perform traditional office duties, such as filing, copying, and scanning, ordering, supplies.
• Oversee and manage all supplies and necessities required to complete the project.
• Handle complains, maintenance requests and other concerns.
• Assist co- workers whenever necessary
• Minimum Education: Completion of Secondary School,
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year experience will be an asset
