JOB TITLE: Program Assistant II INTERN, Government Relations & Public Liaison
DEPARTMENT: Office of the CAO
NUMBER OF POSITIONS: 2
JOB STATUS & DURATION: Temporary 4-months
HOURS OF WORK: 35 hour workweek
LOCATION: Hybrid Model – when working onsite, you will report to the location of CITY HALL 4TH FLOOR.
HOURLY RATE: $17.43

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Reporting to the Manager, Government Relations & Public Liaison, provides program and administrative support to the Government Relations & Public Liason team, assisting in day-to-day duties. Supports the effective delivery of services and responds to general inquiries received by the section. This role will support the team in preparing reports, presentations, policy guides and templates and supports the coordination and tracking of policy.

**Preference will be given to students that have a permanent residency in Brampton.
