We are a rapidly growing e-commerce company and are looking for go-getters and technologists who are interested in using their experience to help us serve our customers.

As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office reporting into the Director of Corporate Affairs. Your responsibilities will include a wide range of administrative tasks, including executive calendar management, travel coordination, office management, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. You will be expected to proactively solve problems, maintain confidentiality, and handle a diverse set of tasks efficiently and effectively.


Please note : this is a hybrid role, required to be in-office 2-3 days per week during core business hours, and as-needed in our busy season.
