Job Title: SAP ISU Device Manager Consultant

Location : Canada ( Remote )

Job Overview :

We are seeking a talented and experienced SAP ISU Device Manager Consultant to join our team. As an SAP ISU Device Manager Consultant, you will be responsible for the implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP ISU Device Manager solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP ISU Device Management modules, hands-on experience in configuration, and a proven track record in successfully delivering projects in the utility industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP ISU Device Manager modules, ensuring alignment with utility industry processes and business requirements.
2. Device Management: Design and implement device management processes, including installation, replacement, and maintenance of utility devices.
3. Customization: Customize SAP ISU Device Manager functionalities to meet specific business needs and enhance system performance.
4. Integration: Collaborate with other SAP functional teams to integrate SAP ISU Device Manager with related modules such as SAP CRM, SAP Billing, and SAP Finance.
5. Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and understand device management requirements, translating them into SAP ISU Device Manager solutions.
6. Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP ISU Device Manager applications, resolving issues and ensuring system stability.
7. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP ISU Device Manager configurations, customizations, and solutions.
8. Testing: Conduct thorough testing of SAP ISU Device Manager solutions, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
9. Training: Train end-users and fellow team members on SAP ISU Device Manager functionalities and best practices.
10. Upgrades and Enhancements: Stay abreast of SAP updates and enhancements, and lead the implementation of upgrades to ensure the system is up-to-date and optimized.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an SAP ISU Device Manager Consultant with at least X years of hands-on experience.
3. Strong knowledge of SAP ISU Device Manager modules, including configuration, customization, and integration.
4. Experience in full-cycle SAP implementation projects within the utilities industry.
5. Familiarity with utility device management processes and best practices.
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
9. SAP certification in ISU Device Manager is a plus.
