Job description

Restorex Disaster Restoration provides property restoration for residential, commercial and industrial properties. We specialize in emergency services for water, fire and smoke, and sewer damage restoration.

We are looking for reliable, safety minded individuals who take pride in their work to join our Contents Cleaning team, specifically in our Esporta Wash System sub-department.

Preference will be given to candidates with previous cleaning experience and familiarity with chemical products, but we will train the ideal candidate if necessary.

*A Clean Criminal Record and a valid drivers license are required to be considered for employment*

Job duties include:
-Ensure company policies and procedures, including health & safety are being followed
-Ensure attention to detail and keen sense of safeguarding other peoples property & information
-Inventorying contents
-Loading and unloading contents
-Following proper care instructions of soft contents
-Residential and commercial onsite final cleaning, such as
-washing windows walls & ceilings
-vacuuming carpets, rugs, drapes, upholstered furniture
-cleaning & disinfecting affected areas
-waxing & polishing floors
-Accept direction from senior staff and management
-Perform other cleaning duties as needed

Skills & Abilities
-Positive and professional attitude
-Self starter with the ability to work both independently & as a team
-Physically fit
-Safety conscience & able to wear respirators and provided PPE

Conditions of Employment
-Valid drivers license
-Clean Criminal Record & Drivers Abstract
-Grade 12 education, or equivalent
-Proficient in English, both verbal & written
-Must provide use of a personal smartphone device with camera.
