Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Montreal, QC. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, enhancing customer experience, and managing customer service queries

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and customer support
• Three Years Experience in the CPG industry
• Demonstrated ability to excel in customer satisfaction
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work with the sales and operations team to get customers their answers at the right time
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Proficiency in French and English
