About the Company
Our client is a collection agency in the GTA and they are looking to hire a Sr. Technical Specialist.

About the Opportunity     
Reporting into the CEO and the Executive VP (Corporate Affairs), the Sr. Technical Specialist will help to ensure seamless integrated business capabilities, roadmap strategies, and IT investment/execution plans are aligned with the organization. This role will not be managing anyone but will be an important IT leader on the team. 

• 8-10 years' experience in managing a userbase of 1000 call center environment, managing IT projects, infrastructure, Networking, Cyber Security, Audit, and Microsoft
• Must be Hands-on
• Open to hiring someone and promoting them to IT Manager and/or IT Director down the road 
• Windows Servers 2016-2022
• Projects ahead: might have Intune set up (SSO, MMA, etc.)
• MSP: deals with firewalls/switches 
• Telephony (PureCloud Genesys, etc.)

About You

• Proven strong system administration skills (Microsoft Infrastructure)
• Strong M365 administration skills (AD/exchange/etc .)
• Strong Windows server (2016-2022) administration experience
• Understanding of Networking - domain controllers, Telephony, VOIP
• Work experience with Data Centres, BCP/Data Recovery, etc .
• Ability to commute to Richmond Hill , ON office 5 days a week

Salary Range
$90,000-100,000/year
