Job description
MasterTech is on the search for a Parts Specialist in Windsor ON.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers in selecting required parts
- Upselling specials as well as informing customers of companion part requirements
- Providing price quotes receiving payments and obtaining credit authorizations
- Following up with customers regarding backordered parts
- Assist shop operations by managing inventory levels insuring they have sufficient resources to complete work orders
Key Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of experience working in a parts department
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in the Heavy Equipment Industry is preferred
Compensation:
- Fulltime and permanent position.
- $50K $70K/year base salary plus monthly bonuses and an annual bonus. Expected bonuses around $8K $12K/year.

Shift Schedule:
Day shift 7:00AM to 4:00PM (Monday to Friday).
