The Opportunity

We are inviting applications from highly motivated professionals for a new opportunity within our organization! Reporting to the Vice-President of Systems & Quality, the Information Management Analyst will play a key role in the development, and ongoing maintenance of an effective Information Management program, and the implementation of any other Information Management initiatives.

Your key activities will include:

• Lead the development and implementation of policies, programs, and initiatives that are relevant for effective Information Management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Provide training and education to Provident10 employees on the value and importance of proper Information Management.
• Establish and maintain a records taxonomy and inventory, as well as relevant policies and procedures for classification, retention, archival and destruction.
• Provide support, mitigation/remediation, evidence retention, and ongoing reporting on IT compliance to Internal Audit projects.
• Reporting on privacy breaches and incident management.
• Provide support for other Systems & Quality projects as needed.

What you'll bring to the role

• Completion of a degree or diploma in information management, supplemented by 5 years of relevant Information Management experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of information management principles, governance and compliance requirements.
• A professional certification such as a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) would be considered an asset.

Salary Range: $63,700 - $88,900
