Job description
Randstad Victoria is now looking for an administrative assistant for a client in the financial sector in Langford. If you have a positive attitude, willingness to learn and love a bus fast paced environment we want to hear from you!
The assistant is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Advisor and to achieve and maintain the highest standards of client service. This individual will establish an ongoing rapport with existing and potential clients and is responsible for the day to day preparation and processing of existing and new business.

Responsibilities
• Preparing financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents.
• Controlling the schedule for advisors
• Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
• Handling basic bookkeeping tasks ( petty cash)
• Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
• Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.
• Helping prepare for meetings.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
• In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite.
• Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
• Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
• Professional level verbal and written communications skills
