IT Project Manager 

Markham, ON 

Full-Time (Hybrid)

Reports to: IT Director

The ERP Project Manager is responsible for project tracking for assigned modules and systems, serving as a liaison between functional and technical resources to manage the development of new system functionality, upgrades, system modifications, and day-to-day problem analysis, issue tracking, and resolution. You will ensure end users are trained and the ERP systems are functioning properly, allowing the business to run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Attain deep knowledge in ERP modules, database structure and points of integration with other applications
• Provide ERP application support for all users across the organization
• Ensure the integrity and security of information and access to support company reporting and internal control standards
• Manage & maintain ERP reporting flows
• Maintain & troubleshoot EDI data flows
• Work on ERP projects such as platform installations, upgrades and migrations, data extracts for financial or audit purposes, integration with mobile and cloud technologies, etc.
• Partner with vendors regarding product roadmap, enhancement suggestions and support cases.
• Lead projects with operational leaders to drive ERP & process improvement
• Continually enhance the ERP user experience across the organization

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor's (4-year) degree in computer science, engineering, networking-related technologies, or a similar field
• 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with QAD EE, cloud-based ERP systems
  led an ERP implementation
• Ability to train users with a variety of skill levels
