The department for the NSE Training Institute is looking for an experienced e-learning training developer to help produce high quality, written and visual e-learning content for our NSE Technical Training Program. Using industry standard principles of instructional design, you will develop training for customers, partners, and Fortinet employees. Responsibilities
The successful candidate will
•Design, develop, and maintain information security awareness and training content for customers, partners, and Fortinet employees. •Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to analyze student needs, and assemble and deliver key information. •Work with other training developers to balance and support multiple projects and priorities. •Position the value of specific security solutions from both a technical and business perspective. •Produce e-learning, graphics, video, and visual media content, as required. •Contribute to improving processes and standards for the team. Knowledge and Skill Requirements
The ideal candidate will have
•An ability to transform complex, technical concepts into clean, concise, and easily consumable information. •An ability to self-motivate and deliver results with minimal supervision. •An ability to quickly analyze and learn new technologies. •An ability to tell a story and educate. •A very strong command of English grammar and usage. •Experience with or an aptitude to learn and author in a content management environment, using tools such as Articulate 360, MadCap Flare, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, and MS Word. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have
•At least five years of professional technical training development. •A BA or BS degree, preferably in an English writing, computer science, or related field. •Knowledge of networking and cybersecurity technologies, such as Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW), secure access, and cloud security is an asset. #LI-MIMI
