WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Being the first point of contact for new clients and creating an exceptional onboarding experience for them;
Solving complex problems, with a keen attention to detail;
Interfacing with external stakeholders and managing the workflow and communication between all parties, both internal and external;
Keeping quality documentation and process flows up to date;
Communicating project status updates and deadlines to the client and internal teams;
Providing support to existing and new clients;
Analyzing data;
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
1-3 years of experience in a role where you directly interacted with clients, ideally executing implementation in a B2B SaaS environment;
A demonstrated track record with project or timeline-based delivery management;
An acute attention to detail that keeps everyone aligned and everything on schedule;
Incredible communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics;
An energetic and upbeat personality with a keen desire to see everyone succeed;
The ability to work independently and as part of a team, while managing multiple tasks and projects effectively;
Strong technical skills with a data-centric mindset;
The ability to speak and write in both English and French (this would be an asset, but not required);
