Job description
Senior SEO Specialist will be responsible for boosting organic discovery of ApprovalMax’s products, ultimately helping scale our business across multiple geographies and customer segments. Backed with your experience, strategy and market research, you will manage all SEO activities such as keyword strategy, content strategy, linkbuilding and website improvement to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will also contribute to SEM campaigns in order to maximize ROI. Technical skills will be required in this position to carry out regular website audits and to make website analytics more reliable. We see a huge untapped potential in SEO as this is a new function in our marketing, so this role will have a significant impact on various business metrics including organic traffic, click-through rate, bounce rate, backlinks, and search rankings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or MS in Marketing or a quantitative, test-driven field (or equivalent and demonstrable work experience).
4+ years of experience in SEO with at least 1 year in B2B SaaS that operates in English-speaking countries.
Experience building semantic core and keyword clusters.
Experience in linkbuilding.
Strong knowledge of website analytics and SEO toolset (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, Webtrends, etc).
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
Fluent English; good writing skills, ability to understand user intent from search terms, ability to suggest SEO-friendly topics and messaging.
Good understanding of ranking factors, search engine algorithms and up-to-date best practices in SEO, SEM.
