• Top 3-5 Must Have Skills:
• 2+ years in elctro-mechanical assembly.
• Attention to detail and defect free production.
• This role will be building standard product in a production environment with defined process and drawings.
• Assembles precision electro-mechanical assemblies and tests final product to specifications.
• Uses hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications.
• Identifies units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repairs as necessary.
• Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
• May require 2+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures with precision assembly and low voltage electrical wiring.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Works under immediate supervision& reports to department manager.
• Lean manufacturing, 5S and Kaizen experience considered an asset.
Special Considerations:
• Lifting is generally in the 10 to 15 Lbs. range with minimal repetitions.
• Exposure to machinery, chemical, biological, and physical risks is minimal.
