Meridia Recruitment Solutions has partnered with CKF, a member of the Scotia Investments Family of Companies, to recruit a ERP Business Analyst to join their team in Hantsport, Nova Scotia.

With six manufacturing facilities located across North America and a total workforce in excess of 1000 employees, CKF is a diversified company specializing in the production of foam, plastic and molded pulp products, including disposable tableware, egg cartons, four-cup carriers, display containers, and a wide variety of other products for the food services industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

• • Work with the current IT team to assist in the planning and execution of the ERP system upgrades and implementation of new models.
  • Configure and customize the ERP system to meet specific business needs, including user access, data fields, workflows, and reporting.
  • Manage and maintain ERP system data, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and assist in resolving system-related issues and inquiries.
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and automation within the ERP system.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure that system changes meet business requirements and are free of defects.
  • Develop and generate reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to integrate the ERP system with other business applications and systems as needed.
  • Implement and maintain security protocols and access controls to protect sensitive ERP data.

Qualifications:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Programming experience, particularly in languages relevant to ERP systems (e.g., SQL, Python), is considered an asset.
  • Previous experience with ERP systems.
  • Ability to analyze business problems by looking at both process and technology.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices in business analysis and ERP systems.
