Employment Type: Regular Full Time  

Union: MOVEUP  

Monthly Salary Range: MoveUp Group 12 , MIN $7,445.00- MAX $8,931.00is available through annual general wage/step increases.

Recruitment Range : MIN $7,445 – STEP 3 $8,267.

Placement in the salary range is determined by an assessment of knowledge, skills, experience and ability of the candidate to meet the key requirements of the job. In exceptional cases, candidates may be hired above the recruitment range, provided agreement is reached with the Union.

We love lifelong Learners and recommend the following mix of education or certifications to be successful in conjunction with relevant experience:

Education

You are well versed in the document driven side of procurement, as you will go beyond sending bids or tenders out to companies for quotes. You are someone who can drive the process, working with Project Managers and developing requirement, deliverables, outcomes and negotiations, from start to finish. You have worked on a variety of projects, ranging from four months to two years, and in varying scale. Public experience would be an asset, as you will be working with trade agreements, so understanding trade and administrative law is essential, as well as understanding how contracts work.
