The Opportunity

Are you a pro-active, progressive Human Resource professional who takes great pride in coaching and fostering excellence in employee engagement? We presently have an opening for an excellent leader to join our People Experience team.

Reporting to the Director, People Experience, you are responsible for planning, developing and managing the provision of People Experience services within our Head office. You provide hands on expertise in the areas of employee and union relations, performance and attendance management, employee development and collective agreement interpretation.

Additional information

This is a regular, full-time position with a salary range of $95,600 to $119,500 per annum. The starting salary will be based on the successful candidate’s competencies, including but not limited to experience, education and performance, related to this role.
