As a Master Builder , you will report to the Regional Lead . You will work in Walmart stores, building s easonal display items and a wide selection of quality B icycles . Yo u will be our go-to-person to arrive in store, ready to build! You will build product and display indoors and receive a regular schedule based on client requirements . We ta k e Health and Safety seriously; we adhere to all client and OSL policies to ensure that all quality measures a re met or exceeded. As a seasonal program, we have great incentives that encourage builders to come back year after year. * 

What we’re looking for:  

• You have a working knowledge and experience using wrenches, ratchets, a llen keys, etc. ( All tools will be supplied by the company) 
• Mechanical ability to s afe ly assembl e bicycles that will withstand this season and years to come!  

• Comfortable to q uickly comprehend technical directions to assemble display items expertly and safely such as patio furniture, display BBQ’s, swings, display lawn mowers an d snowblowers where needed.  
• Ensure accurate r ecord keeping of daily builds.  
• Thrives while work ing alone, often unsupervised. Comfortable using a mobile device to communicate in group chat s with the larger build teams, as well submit end of day safety checks and build reports.  

Physical Job Requirements  

• Ability to lift , move 30-50 pounds  
• Ability to stand /walk /crouch/kneel for extensive periods of time  
• You MUST have a valid Driver's License and be willing to travel within the designated region (Winnipeg and Surrounding Area)
