ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Scrum Master within data and analytics you will lead a dynamic team of technology engineers towards the implementation of data virtualization, BI reporting and AI solutions. We are looking only for the candidates based in Lithuania.

Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage, coach, guide and lead the team of Data Engineers.
- Facilitate the sprint routines and help the team to improve its way of working.
- People management of your direct reports.
- Work closely with the Product Manager in prioritizing, planning sprints, and supporting the estimation process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance communication and streamline delivery.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- More than 2 years of work experience as a Scrum Master in a data-centric environment.
- Good people management skills, including managing remote teams.
- Experience in building data engineering technologies and processes.
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts.
- Ability to coach, train and motivate others.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Strong analytical skills, structural thinking, and holistic process view.
- Extensive communication skills in English.
- Relevant university degree or college diploma.
- Cloud experiences would be an advantage.
